  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1-2 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • Start by making 1 cup of strong coffee using your coffee maker or French press. Let it cool down for about 10 minutes in the fridge.
  • While your coffee is cooling, grab your tall glass. Fill it about ¾ full with ice cubes - bigger ice cubes work better since they melt slower.
  • In a small bowl, mix together ½ cup heavy cream, 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite keto sweetener (like monk fruit or stevia), and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Give it a good whisk until everything is well combined. If you want it extra creamy, use a milk frother to make it light and airy.
  • Now it's time to put it all together. Take your glass with ice and slowly pour in your chilled coffee. Then gently pour your cream mixture over the top. You can either leave it layered for that pretty coffee shop look or give it a gentle stir to mix everything together.
